What size am I?
Our clothes come in unisex cuts, sized from 0 - 5. To translate that into standard sizing language, 0 is the same as a women's XS and a men's XXS and 5 is the same as a women's XXL and men's XL.

To find your perfect fit, reference the size guide(s) below.

There is a problem with my order - how do I fix it?
If you’ve made a mistake on your order, you can email us on info@typetwoclothing.com. The sooner we hear about it the better. Describe what’s happened and how you’d like us to fix it. If your order hasn’t been shipped yet, we can change or cancel it for you. Unfortunately, if it’s already been dispatched there’s little we can do to help.

Shipping

I purchased through pre-order -- when will it arrive?

Pre-orders are a great way to buy. It guarantees you get our products before anyone else does. Estimated delivery dates are posted on product webpages but we'll also keep you up-to-date via email with any changes to those estimates.

How can I track my order?

You’ll receive an email confirming your order has been dispatched as soon as it leaves our warehouse. You can also track your order by logging into your account and selecting the order number you are waiting for. If you have any problems or the delivery is taking longer than expected, email us at info@typetwoclothing.com and we’ll look into it for you.

How long until my order arrives?

We currently offer standard delivery on all orders over £100. When the products are in stock, delivery typically takes 3-4 working days to reach you from dispatch. International orders can take 7-14 working days to arrive so please make sure to give yourself enough time when placing your order. If you purchased through pre-order, we will email you when the products are ready and let you know when to expect your delivery. The lead times for pre-orders from our Made in South London line is typically 2-3 weeks.

Will I have to pay duty when it arrives?

It depends where you’re based. Orders placed from outside the UK will, unfortunately, be subject to customs charges at your country’s border. Duty rates are calculated by the cost (value + shipping) of the product, the type of product it is, the country it was produced in, your country’s tariff rates and/or any applicable trade treaties. You can calculate the estimated fees of your order by using our international charges tool before checkout.

Items that have been purchased on sale can be returned unworn, with tags within 14 days of delivery. To get a refund, you must provide us with proof of purchase. Product Care

How do I care for my item?

You can extend the life of your clothes through clean and care. First, only wash items when completely necessary. Second, when it is time to wash, choose a low temperature on your machine (20 or 30 degrees is ideal). Third, follow the care instructions below for best results.

FLEECE VEST
Machine wash at 30° with like colours. Lay flat to dry. If ironing, use setting 1, max temp 100°c. Item is dry cleanable, although not recommended for environmental reasons. Do not bleach or tumble dry.
T SHIRT
Machine wash at 20° with like colours. Lay flat to dry. If ironing, use setting 1, max temp 100°c. Item is dry cleanable, although not recommended for environmental reasons. Do not bleach or tumble dry.
NECK WARMER
To wash, set your machine to 30-degrees and combine with like-colours. Use an eco-friendly washing liquid and DO NOT use fabric softener or bleach as these damage the fibres. Fleece is a fast-drying fabric, so we recommend hanging it to dry. Avoid ironing as high temperatures can burn and melt fleece fabric.

What is end-of-life recycling and how do I do it?

End-of-life recycling is easy to do. Our clothing and accessories are made from high quality fabrics and constructed with care, but even still, nothing lives forever. When your product bites the dust, we recommend recycling it. Most Type Two garments are made from monomaterials, which means they don't need to be pulled apart and separated into different material types before being recycled. This makes the process faster, less expensive and less taxing on the environment. The more we can consume, dispose and repurpose raw materials in this way, the more affordable recycled garments will be to buy. To find a clothing and textile recycling collection point near you, visit recyclenow in the UK, or search [your country] + “textile recycling” to learn more about local options near you.

Packaging

What do I do with your packaging?

All our packaging is environmentally friendly. Our hangtags, safety pins and paper envelopes can all be recycled. For brownie points, tear off and bin any address labels or stickers you find as these can’t be recycled (even though they’re printed on post-consumer-waste paper). Hangtag strings and our black mail bags are biodegradable, so they can go in the bin and will break down over time.
